There is the land sale, were u can buy/mint the land for eth or sILV2. If u buy from there u have to have your funds on MetaMask.

You could also buy land from the market (imx market or illuvidex - trade). If u wanna buy from there, u cannot buy in sILV2 and your funds need to be in imx (as there are already in your case).

Land is a separate game in the same ecosystem. You can play both for free - but you need a T1+ to earn from the land game. The main game does not require you to own land.
