Well, to be honest. What sparked this discussion the most - from my point of view - was a disagreement about whether or not ILV can make a x1000 and in that regard I think both sides should be able to accept each others opinion. Not believing in a x1000 is certainly no FUD or anything. I'm not even sure I could get behind that myself right now. Even at the lowest of ~$30, a x1000 would mean $30.000 per $ILV. While in theory nothing can be declared impossible with certainty, I do have my doubts about this too (while still believing this game will be a mind blowing success).

I think it's also important to note that this recent video is a promo designed for the Clix community (and yeah, us as well) and mostly targeted them. Many of them do not know much about Illuvium outside of the first ad Clix aired... so they need to be drawn in a bit more than those of us who are already wedged within the community. I think this video can certainly do that. The gameplay footage wasn't long but it's a nice little sneak peek from the player perspective (aerial shot).
I feel like some may have thought this was the gameplay demo... but this was not. Kieran mentioned that the actual gameplay demo is still to come and we can probably expect some more gameplay footage then 🙂
