Please read my message again. I explicitly highlighted, that I'm not saying anything bad about Axie Infinity in general. What they provide currently for many people is amazing. I personally just didn't have fun playing the game and while the hours spend still would have provided money of course, simply working more hours in my actual job would be less draining AND better paid. Axie is great...for anyone who thinks it is great. It's just not for me.

Yeah, especially if you are as impatient as I am. Of course I am super new to all this, but in the two weeks I'm here, I always waited for Gas to be 12 or lower. But sitting on 800 XYZ I know went for a 27 gas I think to have them claimed and then staked in the DAO pool because it felt too uncomfortable just having them sit and wait there πŸ˜„ I'm sure I am still paying a lot of "learning fees" πŸ™‚

Having the ledger as an actual payout is definitively a great deal, yeah. I know I'm taking a bit more of a risk, because if XYZ never recovers or even dips more, then of course all my staking might never end in an actual profit or even worse (although unlikely) in a loss considering the gas fees. But since I have absolutely nothing that I need right now except of a new gaming laptop when the game comes out, I feel confident to hodl my XYZ and hope for a better payout. Also, as someone so new to all this, I feel it is a great learning opportunity to keep track of a few more projects than just buying one token, stake it, and then never really engage with the topic again πŸ™‚
