im also feeling that i don't catch 1st try enough on 60% chance but i didn't keep track or had such extreme deviation from expected to think it's anything more than feels

What you are simulating here, is what the odds are for three different tries of two to be true in a row. This is an interesting way to explore fusing because you choose stats from the illuvial. As far as i understand, however, you randomise a stat from the three available options six times.

HP = 50 Res = 50 OP = 50 Att Dmg = 40 Att Spd = 40 Spd = 40
-> choose first, = 3/6 -> choose second = 2/5. | repeat for each Illuvial's stats

Instead of fusing three illuvials, you are simulating how an illuvial would choose 2 stats from a predecessor. And then you simulate that three times. Which I don't think is how fusing works. Or maybe it is, maybe it does exactly this xD Choose 2 stats from X then two stats from Y and 2 stats from Z and combine them. But the team mentioned that fusing Holo's would be a 1/3 chance per Holo. So we all expect stats to work the same way.

During fusions, you would have four options for choosing any stat (or holo) from three illuvials: False False False, True False False, True True False, True True True. In the case of the first example you would have:
Herein True = 50%, False = not 50%.

HP = 50/40/40
Res = 50/40/40
OP = 50/40/40
Att Dmg = 50/50/40
Att Spd = 50/50/40
Spd = 50/50/40
So 1/3 for HP, then 1/3 for Res, 1/3 for OP, 2/3 for Dmg, 2/3 for Att Spd, 2/3 for Spd. = 1/91.125

Im curious whether it works the way you describe though. 👀 It would be wild to have two unique processes for the different attributes. 33% per holo, but a 2/6 x 3 process for Stats.

Let me quickly clear up some confusion. Firstly your maths can be a bit unusual since if the 3 Illuvials all have a 50% stat for 1 or 2 of the same things then it would be impossible for you to get a max stat Illuvial. So calculating things through this lens doesn't actually work as far as I can tell.

You have to treat each stat individually. If the HP stat of the 3 Illuvials is 10/20/50. Then the HP stat is 1/3 chance. U need to do that going around the 6 stats. I could build a simple calculator on a spreadsheet if people would find that interesting.

So the stats are still hidden but we get an indicator if its worth catching or not

If the game doesn't take place next month, there probably won't be many players left 🤣🤣 I spend hours playing and selling items but liquidity is poor due to lack of players. If it lasts longer, investors will probably be forced to quit to find a new game.

Fix of what? People enjoying the game? It fixed that for sure. Now 50%+ of playerbase will just leave OW. It makes no sense to continue playing after this change
