The problem with the Lynx is poor game mode design. Before the change they made, the thing about needing a coin to upgrade the units, the Lynx was used quite a bit, the evolutions of the tier 0s were also used somewhat. After the change they are not used because it is not worth spending those points on those units. It's a completely meaningless change that breaks part of the base of the game. What you have to do is remove that requirement to evolve units. And hire people who know what they are doing, because whoever decided that change has no idea what they are doing.

The base of the game is not made to work with those types of ascension tokens, many Illuvials are not designed to have something like that. The people who designed it should know this, and not have made the mistake of adding something like that. Likewise, the arena mode needs a redesign in general to be fun, and I would say that the most important thing is to make you stop having the entire deck from the beginning, it is the main reason why the mode becomes so boring, so repetitive, so unattractive. The example of this is what happened with the mission of the 40 waves of the arena mode, the mode right now consists of copying a deck, copying a way of playing the illuvials (or finding an optimal one yourself) and doing the same or almost the same every game. That's why it was possible to do that with the 40 waves, because the arena mode is to copy and paste the same thing all the time. That's not fun, all the autobattlers I know have randomness when it comes to getting the tokens and that's one of the reasons why they work. The creator of Magic, for example, has several talks talking about the importance of RNG, why it is one of the elements that makes magic successful. I've been saying for almost a year that the problem is that, and anyone who understands a little about video game design quickly realizes that the main problem with the mode is that, making that mode work without RNG is very difficult, but The decision-maker on this project doesn't seem to understand almost anything about video game design.

So many bugs, so many crashes (and of course, after round 4 when its not a loss) softlocks and everything.....right now the game froze, you couldnt see or do anything but the next round still happened (new card choices) + tried to upgrade a unit and voila!!! infinite loop of error + after some seconds an expected crash
