You know the forge? There is another station near it that allows you to fuse. You need 3 of the same tier to fuse up to the next tier.

Also, the 3 illuvials you fuse need enough exp to fill the fuse bar on that fuse station

Were you playing Main Net Illuvium in both devices? Make sure you logged in with the same email. You can edit your name in illuvium website, log in with your passport and go to your profile
