and as i said u guys do a fantastic job ❤️ usually at banks we just send customers around so the third parties can make some money on it. So we get pressure to don´t help the customer and get scripted answers. also banks itself partly needs to go this way.
So for me its like were both doing same job for different companies in different systems. I know all the Problems of users with banking stuff in regular (25000 Tickets/yrly). And as you might know every customer is the most special one but unfriendly as **** . So from my innerst of my heart i needed to write this, because when you would get written such a ticket in our service it would just go into a trash because we just dont care about the customer, but this mail was just on point and what customer service is all about and its damn unusual that u get such a great answer from such a bad ticket ;D
