Tier might not have been the exact wording but in Pokémon go there are 3 competitive leagues, great league with we will call it s1 cap, ultra league with s2 cap and master league with s3 cap. I only fight s2 because I have mastered it, but if I’m fighting s1 only or s3 cap I haven’t been the best at making those squads and I perform worse when those leagues run but I excel at s2 so I’m a top s2 player and the “best of the rest”. There’s scenarios where the best s3 player is so used to their s3 setups that they get ousted time and time again in s2 league by someone who sets up their s2 team much better, could easily call the 3 leagues based on shard names, common league is s1 only, epic league is s2 cap and master league s3 cap

The best thing to get done on stats is a reroll on specific stat that continues to increase in cost with each reroll until it becomes uneffective to reroll it anymore

Bur if you have 20% health and want to reroll it it will cost 500 solon.
You get 10%, reroll it again woth 1000 solon, you get 0%, reroll it again woth 2000 solon, you get 40%. Want to keep trying or keep it at 40%? Because now it will cost 4000 solon

I HIGHLY doubt these suggestions will work. Most likely on the server side.

But if you are bored you can try clearing cache and exiting and entering illuvium a couple of times.
