Checking driver updates through your literal system is not always goign to catch them. I use Gforce for nvidia cos it updates from the actual manufacteur. Not sure what AMD uses client wise, but I'd recommend going on the site and triple checking your up to date... or you might not be. At least, my pc never updates my GPU through windows

Yeah. It takes hours to go from immutable L2 to L1. There should be a tab to click on somewhere on the withdrawal page on immutable that says “pending” I think. The transaction should be there when it is ready to be accepted into L1. You just click on it when it is there and it will open up your wallet to accept the transaction and you pay the gas to receive it. Been a while since I’ve done it.

Nope, there is a bonding curve so as the set gets closer to the end, and more of them are captured they become rarer and harder to catch when found. But they do not go 'extinct' or hit a max, until the end of the set

You have a powerful game, no one can argue that, from all sides.
But the approach to people, the airdrop distribution formula, is terrible, which discourages the bulk of people who have been working on your tests for a year. According to statistics, you are left with almost only landers, this will lead to nothing, they will simply have no one to sell resources. I've been thinking for a week now whether to buy land or resources or not to get involved.
You can see that for a few days, a very large number of people, not that dissatisfied with the drop, it forces without explanation to delete and all.
People just want to hear an adequate explanation and solution to this problem, where they played 100 hours, working on your game, and got 10 bucks. Where you opened the beta, landowners expect these people to invest money (that would somehow repay this money), and these people simply disperse.
Give a clear answer and an understanding of the formula for airdrop trace.
Give a clear answer fayla last airdrop, that-so that each person did not write you the truth, for a measly 5-10 bucks.
That's all that all people who are not satisfied with the 2nd season of airdrop want to hear.

The airdrop formula, the amount given, the way the airdrop is given out and the length of the airdrop, was known by everyone who took part... I'm not sure what info you think has been withheld and how things are being unfairly distributed?
People are only unhappy that they did not receive as much as they expected, or felt they deserved, but the truth is their allocation is completely determined by their own performance, time spent and by following the same rules that everyone who outperformed them, also followed. Might not be the most attractive answer for those who feel upset, but it's the hard truth.

No one was cheated - sure, I understand frustrations from delays and extra time taken to claim etc, but the allocation people received is as it was intended to be. There is nothing being held from the players, and you don't need a formula for the airdrop... it's clear as day, and always has been from the start?

You should be able to use your normal emial and just relog in. Make sure you are not on 'pre-season 2' as that did not have playtime bonus and will show 0 hours for everybody. Scroll to pre=season 1' using the arrow, and see if it's any different. But you email is what determines your account, so you should just be able to simply log on.

If you believe you'ce somehow messed it up now using the goggle log in stuff + created another account, you'll probably need to contact support so they can get that straight

If you play 100 hours and still receive 10 bucks worth of ILV, you have simply not completed the tasks to receieve more points. No one got an unfair advantage, or free points? It was given to people based on their points. And that alone. If you didn't get points, you didn't get allocation compared to others...

I really don't want to come across rude or disrespectful, and I understand the frustration of some, but that is literally how it works. Skill/performance/smart play = more allocation + airdrop points.

It's not as simple as 'its not theirs now so its mine again'
There is a lot more complexity to back end data stuff. People were already raising pitchforks at the door that they had to wait longer than they expected for their claim to be open (completely understanable)
But if you wanted to wait for every single player to recieve their additional 0.002 ILV from bots being banned, to be distributed, you'd be waiting even longer.
Sometimes it's important to be a bit more grateful and understanding, instead of always pointing out the flaws

I know it's a really low amount of ILV but I really believe that the most important thing on a project is to do exactly what was promise. Change things like that is not good for the project. the amount of ILV removed from the pool is something like 1/55 of the total pool. for those receiving 10 ILV it's around $8 or 0,18ILV

Nothing major, some bots/cheaters were banned from the testnet airdrop stuff and the allocation for their ilv was used to further plan fun events for the community, while some think it should have been allocated back to the players - this however is a really small amount, so it's having varied opinions on where it should have gone

Nothin' too crazy, just understanable peoples opinions are raised when money is involved

As Tholky said, there is a difference between conditions changing, and bots being handled, that slightly adjust point weights. Again, the community wanted the bots gone, the team quickly handled that issue and made sure to strengthen security going forward
