U can’t use ones you’ve captured in the same run. You would have to add them into your team once your back at sanctum mesa. If you mean when you have done loads of fights and your illvuials have debuffs there is a consumable that adds their vitality so they can keep fighting

Arena uses a team builder. To add an illuvial to your team builder team, you need to own it. Same with suits + weapons etc.
There is a small free rotation, but for the most part if you dont have the illuvials + the prior evolutions to their stages, you cant use them

Like you said, it's no easy task, and the problem lies in that it offers a monumentul amount of points for a f2p activity, where it overcompasses people paying thousands of dollars. Right now the points are just too heavy on survival mode > everything else - I lost 1000+ rank just while I was at work today

The fuel being so expensive lies in that lands are not yet selling. Once they ramp their lands + fuel production up, it will bring the fuel costs to a more market medium (supply + demand will kick in)
Right now, the DOA is selling fuel at top rail because no lands are providing it. In due time, lands will provide all of the fuel going forward, it just takes time for things to get rolling

What you don't understand, friends, is that the number of players is currently very low compared to the beta, and if you cannot somehow attract these players to the mainnet, the money you invest will have no meaning. Players who earned money without depositing money in mainnet season 1 will invite their friends to the 2nd season and the game's audience will increase even more (at least beta players will play the game again.)
