B) close browser
C) go to official passport website and LOG OUT from passport there (cookie/cashe things your still signed in)
D) open new browser and sign into Illuvidex again

First I logged with my old email. (My username changed in this step). I did this in a wrong way, I should migrate before loggin
So I tried to migrate, but with my old email didn't work. So I used a new email that I have, and migrate my old passport to this new email.
With that, I could see my land and transfer all my assets to this new account(new email). The passaport from imx is the same, but now is attached to a new email.
I will use the old email only to get the airdrop. That's it

Migrating on works if you had an old account on Illuvidex which used Metamask to login

So if you don't have those, create a fresh account with your email you used to sign in for preseason

And then click your profile and change your username to what you desire it to be 😀

2. I also have another Eth metamask wallet on staking.illuvium which has my staked ILV but that site does not link ur email or let u.

So is there a way to have everything on the new passport?
What should I be doing.
For my land etc they are on a ledger wallet, are we forced to now hold our assets on an IMX hot wallet now or can we keep the same wallets but signed into the same email on migration?

Yeah I am doing the transfer in option with the ILV scan and it seems to be the case, apparently the assets are still on my normal MM wallet though they show they're in the passport on immutable (so for future people with the same issue just don't refer to immutable.com, and you will still have to transfer assets in even if you don't select 'log in' on the illuvium screen) :D. Ok, so I did the migrate button first, and linked my original wallet holding assets logged into the email passport i have been using to play beta, it correctly found my username and then i migrated all my assets in one go. Mid way through after migration i got a 404 error on page, so i now this time assumed migration was done and tried to login instead of migrate since my assets have left the wallet, and logging into my email passport i now see all my assets there. Did i miss anything during that 404, or am I done now if all my assets are visible now in the imx passport.

Ok, so I did the migrate button first, and linked my original wallet holding assets logged into the email passport i have been using to play beta, it correctly found my username and then i migrated all my assets in one go. Mid way through after migration i got a 404 error on page, so i now this time assumed migration was done and tried to login instead of migrate since my assets have left the wallet, and logging into my email passport i now see all my assets there. Did i miss anything during that 404, or am I done now if all my assets are visible now in the imx passport?

might be a good suggestion to the team to incorporate 2FA on the illuvium website for anything that involves moving assets to make sure the account is secure. Once logged in on the new imx, ur basically as vulnerable as having metamask not timeout and open 24/7. with an email 2FA before moving assets, you have to put in the 2fa code u get in email, it will make it more secure. Suggesting as I and many others forced from keeping our assets for years on HW wallet to now essential a hot wallet worse than metamask since its always logged in via email.

What game specifically though? if you mean Overworld and Arena you would primarily use your Passport Wallet but you could transfer assets out to a non-custodial wallet as and when they're not in use.

Also in the near future you'll be able to play Illuvium Zero purely from a Non-custodial wallet

You know what happens that I can't log in to my account, and I even give it the option to migrate or log in with IMX and with IMX it logs in but it gives an error about something that says fetch and when I try to enter the profile or activity it tells me an error checking user something In short, I can't do anything and when I hit migrate I accept what appears in both wallets but nothing happens

Guys end state, you want a Passport Account with your usual Email Address.

That gives you a new Passport Wallet Address on Mainnet.

From there, you can migrate existing (prod / mainnet) assets from Metamask to Passport (Illuvitars, Land, etc).

Also, you will want to transfer any SILV2 / ETH you plan on spending from Layer 1 -> IMX L2 -> Passport Wallet.
