Lets asume all by top, lets asume everybody have more points than they should.

/Top 10 - 2m points rounded for each 1 of them (Super hardcore players)
/Top 100 - 1m points (hardcore players)
/Top 500 - 500k points (grinders)
/Top 2000 - (People who played a lot) -250mil points
/4000 Players than played like 100hours to 120 hours - 100mil points
/Lets say the rest (like 6000people) won't played at all, or played very little, like 20-50 hours or quit - 20mil points

10 * 2m = 20mill
100 * 1m = 100mill
500 * 500k = 250mill
2000 * 250k = 500mill
4000 * 100k = 400mill
6000 * 20k = 120mill (I´m asuming 6000 players, let´s say catch rate is about 50%, is a little less)

This gives us a total of 1390mill points, or 1.3 B points.

This is very inflationary, numbers are really more than i think they are, so, this is my worst case escenario, and it´s still far from 2B points.
