All the time, depends what you are farming. In stage 0 it's just for the equipment farm in forge.
Stage 1 you farming others ores. Stage 2 is good for all the drone forge equipments(you don't farm nothing of the resources in stage 0 in 1)

stage 3 you farming another ores, for others equipments, so you in stage 0 will not farming for any drone equipments. Drone you can increase your illuvias to equip, reduce mining cost, duplicate ore, and many others
