Council's role in this, if any, would be to implement a change to policy. Council members shouldn't be (and aren't) involved in enforcement.

You can fire me a DM if you're concerned about it, some more context would be helpful in understanding the situation. A VONC, by definition, can be for any reason. It's set up that way so that there's no way to avoid a VONC because of a loophole or blind spot.

It would be speculative for me to say whether this is VONC worthy without more information, but it's also not my place - VONC is a tool the community has to remove council members if they aren't fulfilling their role or are acting in a way that causes damage to the DAO. The council's perspective matters less than the community's here, by design.

The one thing I will say is that a VONC should always be accompanied by proof of any allegations, and should demonstrate how any actions taken are causing harm or are unethical. It's up to you (or any other community member) whether you feel some action or DM is VONC worthy, ultimately any VONC is voted on by ILV stakers if it gets the upvotes required.

When you stake ILV in yield farming, rewards will start accumulating for you. However, you'll need to manually claim these rewards and pay for the GAS fees of these transactions.

You can choose to claim the rewards whenever the pile is big enough to justify the gas fees. If you claim sILV2, it will be unlocked right away and can be used in-game as a substitute currency for ETH outside the marketplace and the Leviathan Arena. If you claim ILV, that batch of ILV will be locked for 12 months and automatically staked in the ILV pool with a token weight of 2.0 for compounding effects. And the process starts over again with new rewards accumulating.

Please note that ILV paid out as part of Illuvium’s Revenue Distribution must also be claimed, but they are not subject to a locking period.

The Illluvitars of wave 2 were great though with better distribution of tiers
