Let’s add card bans to the start of every match when you get to preview decks. Increase deck size by like 4-5 cards and you ban a similar number. Theres strategy involved as well in the drafting. In round 2 you pass pack to the right instead.
In round 1 if you notice all the blue cards are gone that means someone on your right is most likely in blue and you should stay away from it. Otherwise you will be constesting each other and end up with weaker decks

Then in round 2 since you know that and say you see the best blue card you can take that away from him so his deck is weaker than yours

New players shouldn't start at 1500, because they loose a lot straight, at 1500 there is a mixture of totally new accounts, and people that know how to make a teamcomp and have kind of a decent opener.

How long is the alpha testing for Illuvium: Zero expected to last?

Illuvium: Zero's alpha testing is divided into two seasons, and Season 0 has already come to a close. At the end of this season, all data, including blueprints, were wiped and reset. The main purpose of Season 0 was for the development team to address bugs and balance issues, while also ensuring a clean slate before transitioning to Season 1.

Currently, we're in the midst of Season 1, which began on May 25th, 2023. Season 1 will continue until we reach the open beta stage. At the end of this season, there will be another data reset. However, here's some exciting news for you: during the last few months of Season 1, players will have the opportunity to mint the blueprints they've researched as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). These minted NFTs will persist beyond the alpha reset, and you'll be able to use them to craft skins in the Illuvium: Overworld once we reach the Open Beta phase.

Do you mean the critters? You have to catch them in overworld. Unless you are going in to the Arena part, those are just available right now, but on live launch they will be reset and you will have to catch them yourself. Once people are catching them in live, they can be bought/sold through the illuvidex.
