There is a bonus for rogues and fighter specifically. I.e. X% armor penetration and attack speed respectively.
All Illuvials with a different class or affinity will get a smaller bonus.
While slayer is made up of Fighter and Rogue, it isn't Figher OR Rogue. so it gets the smaller bonus.
