I don't think thats really been defined in terms of exact amounts, or what that means in terms of how much fuel is required for traveling, curing shards, or making skins. The definitions come in when comparing a tier 1 land with a tier 2 land, tier 3 to tier 4 etc.

I bet online on older Scoriox Youtube videos or other content creators you could find where they go over differences in land fuel production.

If you are interested in buying land, there is a lot of Youtube videos out there on the utility of land and what it does. Super generally speaking though, land provides the fuel to do everything in the overworld game. That means curing shards so that you can catch illuvials. That means traveling to regions to catch them. That also means minting skins that you can use

Yes all progress in illuvium zero (land game) and overworld (illuvial capture game) will all be wiped before launch. The point of the beta is just testing the game, getting feedback from the community, like any other game

You can start playing the game, building your city, finding blueprints, and selling fuel on launch. It will most likely be quite a while after launch before more land plots are released.

If the value of lands decreases significantly, it won't make sense to release more at that point until there enough active players for them to hold value.

Tutorials are absolutely last stage of development because design decisions are changing the game quite a bit. Illuvium hasn't been at the stage where it would make sense to dedicate a lot of man hours on the marketing team to do so. I'm sure they'll come out with stuff when we get closer to the 28th. They had tutorials come out when the first private betas were launched. They had private video links instructing players what to do and how to best give them feedback so

I would venture a guess that the deck creator needed a decent amount of backend and website development that needed to be completed before beta launch. I'm pretty sure the website and the game client interact with eachother. This makes sense to develop first, than promotional material explaining how the beta pvp game works. But as I said i imagine it will come soon

While it can be overwhelming, I'm sure there are content creators working on explainer videos now for the interium(my self included). The Team builder is still a work in progress so an Official video from illuvium should wait till it is finalized in my opinion. Many studios including large traditional studios just don't do tutorials for beta products. For those who have spent ample time in Survival there is value to the team builder at this point.

And as @split lintel mention there should be videos out by the 28th.
