the free to play games that you can play once you obtain a betacode are Illuvium Arena and the Overworld.
You will require a land plot to play Illuvium Zero. This can either be your own plot, or a plot you play on from a friend/community member.

"Illuviums" i'm not sure whether you understand the NFT's correctly that this project offers. Currently there are Promotional NFT's that have no usecase yet, and Illuvitars that are portraits of the "illuvials" --> the actual monsters.

Illuvitars that you see on IMX or Illuvidex are just profile picture NFT's and no actual monsters. So ensure you understand what you buy before buying them 🙂
(Illuvitars will naturally have their own use-case in the project, but very likely not as playable characters.)

Left is the Illuvial (the monster). Right is the giggling Portrait image that you can buy and collect in your Illuvitar Album for certain rewards that have yet to be leaked.

Land is classified into six tiers: tier 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Tier 0 represents the free-to-play (f2p) land, which will not be available until after the open beta. Additionally, there are currently no tier 5 land plots in existence. I think that two tier 5 land plots (I could be wrong on the exact amount) will be auctioned off at some point in the future, although the specific date is yet to be determined.

My understanding is that they will technically be available to find and mint. BUT the likelihood (percentage chance) of that outcome will be greatly reduced due to the bonding curves that blueprints will be on.

Basically, the more of something that exists then the harder it will be to find more. And since tons will be minted from alpha season 1 then it will be more likely to find other previously undiscovered blueprints.

Future blueprints will have a much higher chance of being unique.
What we're having now is Tier 1, Stage 1 blueprints, which are really easy to find.
Compare that to finding a Tier 5 Stage 3 blueprint, which may only happen once in several years. That's where the money in blueprints will be.

just like Vana said 3 messages above yours, these are just the Tier 1 Stage 1 blueprints. They are very easy to find.
Tier 5 Stage 3 on the other hand will probably be found less than ten times over the course of a year.

Once the open beta comes out, we will see the introduction of a wide range of blueprints of all tiers and stages, and thereby rarity is introduced.
