We have identified issues where using the "remember details" option is preventing you from logging in.

Follow the steps below to delete the Illuvium Zero preferences for the game.

Clear Preferences

1. Make sure the Illuvium Zero App is closed
2. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run command
3. Type "regedit" into the Run command and press Enter to open the Registry Editor
4. In the Registry Editor, navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illuvium\Illuvium Zero
5. Right-click on the "Illuvium Zero" folder and select "Delete" to remove it from the registry
6. Close the Registry Editor
7. Don't use "Remember details" on the login screen

what exactly do power plants do in illuvium zero, does the efficiency increase just make something mine more resources, and if so, by how much %, and can you just keep building multiples of the building? is it more effective in close proximity to other buildings or does it not matter where they're built on the map?

Guys, do you know if it's possible to play on two laptops using the same wallet? e.g., I manage land certain hours of the day and my partner can manage it on their laptop another time?

I am guessing there shouldn't be a problem but better to ask 🙂 This also links to my other question regarding hardware wallets. Do we have to sign tons of tx or we just have to sign once to link the wallet to our game account?

the game will run on the L2 Immutable X, the wallet will be linked to your account so you won't have to sign in-game transactions, only when buying things on the marketplace or putting them up for sale

remembering that games are currently not connected to the blockchain, this will only happen at launch

   2 Click on the "Security & Privacy" icon

2. Click on the "General" tab

3. Under the "Allow apps downloaded from" section, if "App Store and identified developers" is selected go to Step A

4. Click on the lock icon in the bottom left corner to unlock the preferences.

5. Enter your password to unlock the preferences

6. Change the setting to "App Store and identified developers"
   A warning message will appear, saying that "this setting allows apps from any source to be run on your Mac. Apps from the App Store are generally safe, but apps from other sources might not be". Click on "Open Anyway" to confirm that you want to open the app

7. The app should now open

A. Right Click on the Illuvium Zero app and select "Open"
B. The app should now open

If you're talking about Illuvium: Zero specifically, any blueprints you find after Feb 21st will remain even after the wipe. But your land plots will be cleared and you will start again with 0 elements/fuel/structures.

@brave gulch First you go to Immutable X. The site is Immutable. Then you go to the Marketplace and connect your wallet that you plan to buy the land with.

Then you deposit the Eth from that same wallet onto immutable with the "deposit" button.

After that you will have to wait up to 15 minutes and then you will have funds on IMX. You can then go to Tokentrove, Illuvidex or Immutable marketplace to buy land 🙂
