I don’t know what you expect from me. They have an automated ranking system based on issues in a contract, of which we readily acknowledge the one they found as not an issue at all and they accept that. They just have to report it.

Then turning that into a rank is theirs to do. We don’t use them for rank. We use them to find actual issues. Of which they found 3 very minor ones that we fixed in less than an hour.
