You must be on a really old version of Windows or something, I think Windows 7 was the first OS that came with the ability to unzip by default.

Right click the zipped folder, you should have a default option to unzip without needing 7zip or winzip.

Its the expectation of release that might be considered as price manipulation. So they need to be 100% sure they can hit those dates or they can be found liable for trying to pump the token price.
