Quite frankly Jagnite. I lived my life for a long time looking at everything others did and basing my own decisions and 'fairness' on that. For about 5 years I have lived by the philosophy that I make my own decisions and they are ALWAYS the reason I am unfortunate or whatever else. It has made my life significantly better and easier. I don’t think this will effect Illuvium too much. The team is building a game that is actually fun to play. Axie’s biggest criticism has always been that it’s not fun. People were just there to make money. Illuvium has the potential to be the first p2e game that people play simply for fun.

That’s also possible, but then there is no solution for blueprints, also it means you then have to actually review the performance of your scholars, kicking people out when they go inactive, which isn’t ideal.

Paying rent is much simpler, and the scholars then get to decide for themselves how much they want to play.
