The main reason is because you can potentially find better stats for your money if you invest the time into searching for them yourself. An $80 rhamphyre is not going to very good stats most likely.

Higher stat and level Illuvials do more damage, survive longer, etc. You can use your Illuvials in the Overworld as well as Leviathan Arena/Gauntlet PvP modes to battle other players as well.

The price depends on how much effort it takes to acquire said stats. High stats are rare and take many runs to find. Then during fusing the Illuvial you can get lucky or unlucky, so it all depends... but high stat illuvials are worth a lot more money than low stat ones.

I'm not a bot , because i have an account on Illuvium since private beta 4, and i have 700 hours in the game. Is somehow, they banned people 's accounts or Suspended for suspicious of those people being bots, they should've checked those account's activities before.
If this is really the case, i'll be pissed for the bad work done, and i'll stop playing the game as many people will do in my case.
This game is not beta anymore, this game is about money and investment, and they are dealing with players as if the game is still in beta (test).

I wouldn’t want any innocent people to be banned if possible, but again, I have no way of proving you aren’t botting/cheating and just lying about it.

Yeah this has been known issue, most of illuvials arent minted sadly, it should be fixed next week I would think, anyways nothing should be lost once its fixed you will get everything you caught

Those gems are used to fuse T5 units that have anything to do with the gem affinity, for example fusing 3 phorus into phosphorus would need at least 1 of those, also the gems are used to craft weapons, a couple of those could be used to craft a T5 weapon that has earth involved (not sure that kind of weapon exists at the moment)

Not how that works at all. When trash Illuvials have a use case, the demand for ALL illuvials will increase. If you put a max cap on the amount of increases you can do, then higher stat illuvials will still naturally be worth more.

If trash illuvials can be used to make your current illuvials better, it means people will be willing to spend money for OW runs, and money on shards etc.

Now if you go on an OW run and only get shitty stats, you lost all your money, and have no incentive to go on more runs. You just wait for something to come up on the market.

Oh, it will be a grind. You have to tend to your Zero land to produce the fuel. Even a F2P Zero player could get into this business, because they would have to pay for the fuel their land generated with micro transactions at the time they want to use it for stats reroll.

Especially the training gym is an awesome F2P Zero feature. It provides a safe income even for F2P players, when they offer their service on the IlluviDex to Arena playsrs.

This issue is getting really out of hand. If they don't solve it then there is no point playing the game, if they solve it, it will crash the market because so many players will get several days (potentially weeks) worth of illuvials and they will sell all of them at the same time. The longer this issue goes the worse it will be

So I found the issue. When I purchased them, I used my MetaMask wallet - not IMX - but since I have that wallet as an external wallet on passport, I figured no big deal - plus after purchase, the illuvials did show in passport. For them to show in game, I had to use the transfer nft function on my Illuvium profile to move them to my IMX wallet. Now all good.
