no. bonding curve does not have such a significant impact out of nowhere. Capture % would slowly go down. But with that update they changes the effectiveness by 1 tier. So epic shard is now as effective as rare shard before

The update for capture % changes was some hours ago today. And 87% is still no guaranteed capture. The bug that the capture % are shown incorrect was fixed on testnet. So the shown % should be the correct one. And as soon as bonding curve starts % will go down.

The stats are randomly selected from the fused Illuvials. So 3 max health guarantee max health after fusing. Different stats are gambling which one will be chosen

I asked that question a long time ago, and the answer I got was that you don't see the random stat modifiers until you've captured the Illuvial. If you're seeing them before that in the encounter, that's a bug

like I said, it's a UI bug. You shouldn't be able to see it in the encounter. The idea is that you still have some wow-factor when you catch one with good stats, but if you know all that beforehand there's no surprise

Has there been any talk regarding the energy bar cost of movement/visor in the overworld? Other things have taken priority atm obviously, but personally I feel like the visor and air jump take way too much energy and really slow down the gameplay. If you're just boosting with the jetpack that feels good energy drain wise, but once you stack it with the visor and/or jumping your bar just depletes instantly.

1350 crypton is about $8.70 now, keep an eye on the price as it changes. If you go to the fuel exchange and type in the amount you wanna check, it will show you the price. At the time when land owners have a lot of fuel to sell, you might also get bonus fuel on top of what you buying, which further lowers the price you pay.

I second that, please don't take this away. With the capture chance update, it is much more expensive to hunt higher tiers already. And people will just be dumping the shitty stat ones on the market, pushing down the price. With the stats showing though, we can do more fights and pick our captures more selectively, resulting in less sell pressure on the marketplace.

But it's not free, it costs time. And it's not like people will only get perfect stats from now on, it is still a lot of grind to find good ones and a LOT of grind to find really good ones.

I have capture cost reduction equipment. I can capture about 8 illuvials in a run + some few shards/materials. I have no idea if I will break even. I am not selling much, unless I really don't plan on using the illuvial. I am building a collection of dark holo + holo + powerful stat illuvials, leveling, fusing--just having fun making progress.

That said, if you wanted to break even, you'd definitely need to spend some time selling most of the valuable stuff back to the market in a smart way. You catch certain illuvials, they can go for a lot of money and pay for multiple runs from one sale. So it depends on how lucky you are currently imo.

The exact % per point isn't known. And I don't think we have enough people playing with good capture power to know what it is like.

currently there’s a 2 day timeout from when the action happens (capturing/fusing/crafting). If you get it once in a session, restart the entire game as everything from there would be affected. Working with IMX to resolve the issue

How is stage 3 run profitable ? You can catch max 8 illuvials. Costs you 60 usd with shards. Gems cost about 40 usd for fusing. If you fuse them to stage 3 for selling you end up with 1. Current value on marketplace is around 100 usd for tier 5 stage 3. So basically no profit and a lot of risk? What is going on?

Some of the Tier 5 Stage 3 illuvials have bad stat rolls. If you have good stats, can be worth quite a bit more. Just depends. Prior to the update on Monday you could catch T5 with T4 shards almost all the time. They nerfed that pretty hard.

yep, learn the regions a bit couse the rifts are mostly on the same spot if the heat map is hot there, so you have like 700-900+ energy when you go for the rifts at the end
