rest can be found in Stage1-3 (higher tier essences in higher stages)

Well grinding stage 0 for visor boots and jetpack is quiet useful. If you are planning to ctach more illuvials I suggest skip stage 0 after visor boots jetpack is upgraded I guess

fwiw, I feel like if you do runs to "get something" you feel like you never get it. Just do your runs and eventually you'll get what you need. You need a little bit of most everything anyways... just my $0.02.
