Ah. You mean that. Probably not. Just slightly different ways to acquire them. In testnet Version you can encounter them more often running around in the OW. In other version you have to scan everything but also find more worthless illuvials

So apparently, in addition to having to "Capture" an Illuvial, you have to "Bond" with it - that's how I'm interpreting what was described. The ability to Bond with an Illuvial goes down as more of that Illuvial is caught. This explains why so many people are failing high capture percentage rolls - they're also not passing this Bonding Curve thing. I'm paraphrasing/inferring, but if you search "Bonding Curve", you see the actual Illuvial guy's description

It also doesnt really differ on the maps, its a bit of a unicorn that way

Maybe Crimson is slightly easier statistically. But Brightland is a brighter map so you'd miss it less often if its there

the only upgrade is to craft a weapon and equip it. Use G to activiate the weapon's special ability. I think most ppl use swords. you can't upgrade the actual rifle

Those points determine how many illuvials you can capture at the end of the fight (if you have 100points left you can catch illuvials that cost up to 100 points) -> EX: if you win a fight and have 40 points left and capture an Atlas, 30 points will be withdrawn (because an Atlas costs 30points) and you have 10 points left to try and capture another illuvial

Team composition really comes down to what you have caught but Use Consumables to blast through stage 3 encounters using a strong team plus what ever you’re trying to level up. With support illuvials 1 per team has worked best for me but for things that attack I make teams to level centered around using all 3. Hope that makes sense

when you have few energies, you can claim a small amount of energy by passing through them

go to the fusing building, and you'll see the requirement of XP for whatever you want to fuse

essentially you need to get to that amount in total XP
