Yes, remove all items in your deck when pressing D and put them back after.

It's due to your weapon DroneChip slot which increase the # of weapons you allow to equip.

Just so you know it's the same process which apply those DroneChip slots. You just need to remove all items related to the bug message in your case it was Weapon, but it can be illuvials & suit as well.

If you want to upgrade your Equipment you will need to do stage 0 run.

The name Neodar is not a ore, it can't be extracted from deposit mine. You have to forge it as Neodar ingot

You did not loose your time trust me, those upgrade take quiet some mining runs to get enough ores to forge those Equipements upgrade.

Stage 3 give more exp vs stage 2 vs stage 1vs stage 0.

Yes and don't confuse Tier with Stage. A Tier [0-5] is the rarity of an item, whereas the Stage [1-3] is the level of an item.
I.e. a Tier 1 drone chip can have three stages, with Stage two and three costing those components tied to their tier. 👍

at the top of each resource illuvial or other item, you have a little block. this shows you what tier something is.

Check the tier level, and if it's Tier 1, you go to stage 1 region. Tier 2-3 you tend to go to stage 2 regions, Tier 4-5 you go to stage 3 regions.

And Essences come from plants. so shoot any plants in the right region stage!
(Example: Rake below is Tier 4)

I don't think +6 Illuvial slots is necessary to farm stage 3. total Illuvials on the board is 8, so a +4 should be plenty. As long as you have a very good team 😄

But yeah, farming Stage 3 slots to then get some illuvials in Stage 2 sounds good!

1. You are not using enough consumables (from plants),
2. You do not make full use of the affinities and classes system,
3. Your positioning is off
4. You are up against an overpowered enemy lineup with double damage up mods.

(Im assuming you are using stage 3 Illuvials and are not fighting with Tier 0s and such silly things)

Anytime! Consumables are very strong. You may want to do a few runs where you only harvest plants for them.

Aside from those, probably good to grind a bunch of stage 2s till you have some higher tier stage 3 illuvials.

it takes a few rounds of travel to max out, but it's pretty fast compared to drone upgrades

Getting a Radox Amplifier or two for the drone is also helpful (and pretty cheap)
It adds more detection range so you don't have to constantly toggle the visor on and off to locate resources

It almost seems like there is about the same chance for any tier illuvial to show up in the different stage runs, but since stage 1 only has a couple critters, and stage 2 has 6 or 7, and stage 3 fights have 10 or 12, there is just more chances for something rare to pop up with higher numbers of combatants.

Not in the Arena. It is "ascendant mode", so you have to "ascend" your illuvials from stage 1 to stage 2, then from stage 2 to 3.

if you dont have the lower stages, and only a stage 3, it will tell you that your team is invalid.

In the Overworld, however, you can play just a stage 3, or even a couple of the same one if you want.

If you are ever unsure where to find something, look at the top of its icon. It will have 0-5 little bars. 0 means Tier 0 stuff and 4-5 is usually pretty rare and thus should be searched for in stage 3 expeditions.

Though for the featured hunt to catch the ace, i spent 1 T4 and 3 T5 shards and only caught it in that final one.

It will leave a lot of people unhappy to go home without anything after obtaining a dozen shards 😄

Third encounter, halfway through your energy, you catch your first thing.

Those can be some punishing runs.

I know it can go both ways. But things arent guaranteed is all im saying.

If you go on a stage 3 run, the minimum one can get is 2 T3 and a T2.
At the end of the run, you get into an encounter with a spawn of 4-5 enemies and you can capture those with 100% if you use their respective shards?

And every time you catch something, 1 of those illuvials will be removed from the final encounter.

The overworld stage three does have the exception of having up to 12 units on the board. This makes the fights harder, and gives you better odds of finding rare illuvials!

In PvP and you yourself are always limited to 8.

I don't know what you mean. The exp of an illuvial equals its MP. And the exp increases by 10% MP for each lvl. As minimum lvl is 1 the exp is always at least 110% MP

it's not about level, but their total experience. you need roughly 1400 and about 5000 across your illuvials for stage 2 and stage 3 fusions.
So just keep using them, plugging them into the fusion machine and checking the XP you have for your three illuvials (Center to Top right when you try to fuse)

I've been doing stage 2 runs leveling my carries (Greater monkier & rypterus) three of each. With the goal of fusing them to stage 3.
So i am getting 750 - 800 exp for each encounter.

I can do this in stage 3 but I only win if I avoid damage boost mods. And the exp I can gain in total is just 1400 - 1600.
The fuel costs are the same, the only cons is the quality of possible illuvial I might catch. And also the quality of mines.
