There are riffs around the map that you can grab real fast and do some more before it does but you get five minutes once it starts

No, once you get your test net ETH from say alchemy faucet and bring it in. You can buy fuel to run tier 3 as many times as you can.

I just do mining runs in there. I got up to 60,000 score doing that a couple times.

How leaderboard is working.
When you complete action in one of the 3 availables regions. You will get points when spending your Ergon Energy (bottom right blue bar).

No one know how to get Airdrop points, but during phase 3, illuvium might create a leaderboard for those Airdrop points.

After recieveing a testnet invite I wanted to take the time to give some inital feedback from a hardcore PC gamer with a big World of Warcraft & FPS backgroud.
I wanted these to be my intial thoughts after my 1st hands on experience with OW after a brief 4-5 hours played. I feel like this is a crucial timeframe for any game to see what impact it leaves on players.

Kudos

• Overall movement & gameplay feels fluid smooth and polished.
• Default graphics settings were very good for my PC specs.
• Default keybinds feel spot on.
• UI so far feels very clean and intuitive.
• Game sounds are incredible. Serioulsy impressive!
• Zones look great and feel very unique from each other. You get the urge to explore instantly.
• "Runs" feel very good from a time frame perspective imo.
• Hunting illuvils difficulty feel good. You dont feel cheated if an illuvial gets away you feel like you could have played it better.

Initial improvement suggestions/feedback

• Successful hit registry when shooting illuvials could use a sound/visual notification effect to feel more impactuful. e.g the infamous Call of duty-X

• Captured Illuvilas in Inventory - 3D model resolution is really low quality.
  (The art team has put so much work into these and they looking incredible on the 4K leak videos we see).
  It feels like a let down to finaly capture a new illuvial in game and get a closer look to be hit with such low res 3D models.

• Default mouse sensitivity seems high for a shooter. Also noticed this watcing some streams.

• I feel like I would love option to be able to zoom out from my character a little futher in the 3rd person view.

• OW Feels very PVE and it feels so bad being forced to play the PVP Arena and losing multiple times in a row after chasing down illuvials to not even get a chance to catch them.
  The joyful feeling of expoloring, capturing, collecting, fusing & leveling illuvials to me feels ruined beacuse I don't enjoy Arena.
  I dont enjoy the science PVP of stacking certain classes, affinities, synergies, counters & learing board postioning ect.
  I do unserstand the basics of Arena and have played it multiple times before my time in OW. I do not enjoy it but I have never been drawn to these types/styles of games anyway.
  This has been by far my biggest negative impact whilst playing so far.

• Advanced/Supreme Jetpack/Boots - Feel like it could use a description to expalin cleary what the upgrade is. I assume uses less stamina resource compared to basic?

if you're removing an extra-slot drone chip, you have to also remove the extra items from your deck (we don't auto-remove them for you). If you're changing something else and still get that behaviour, then it's probably a bug

That's because you have too many weapons equipped. Happened to me too. Just remove your weapons from your Illuvial slots and your ranger weapon slot

Then you can switch your Illuvials again

And make sure that you don't trust the UI and never equip more than 2 weapons even if the games allows that xD

the email should tell you what to do, but it'll be a separate product in Epic. You don't have to uninstall the old one unless you just want to. You will need a Passport account though, because that's the way to log into the client now

any region is fine, use the heat map at the start of each run by pressing M for map and H for heat map. Wherever there is the biggest blob of red between you and the farthest point, set a marker on the map. that way you can collect all the ores and plants and stuff in between you and the end point

For the DAO I think it would be better to leave it. Like this as a lot of Hyperion will be spent.
This will devalue higher tier illuvials a bit which could also be positive as otherwise teams could get too expensive. People will watch prices before they throw a shard on an illuvial anyway if the illuvial is cheaper nobody would throw it. In my opinion there should still be a 5 % chance for the illuvial to break out because otherwise the whole adrenaline after you beat the match is gone. Like this you still can't relax.

But I also like the idea that this is a shard we can find which is very rare this would also mean it's super valuable and will only be used for holos/black holos or T5 S3 what it's meant for.

I think shards need to be buffed only a little bit as the less we catch the more value the illuvials have. Maybe only T5 shards? Also people will stick longer it must be hard to catch all illuvials in my opinion.

I think with full stack drone upgrades T5 on T5 Illuvial you are over 50 % even for stage 2 T5?
Still missing two perfect roles and the role on the Diagnostic.
But yes a slight increase I also think could be better for the users as otherwise this can be very demotivating if you loose like 4 of 4 T5 Illuvials because of bad luck in one run.

This is especially hard for people who are only doing a few runs per month and are unlucky as with more runs it won't matter if the chances are higher or lower as the value will rise or sink with it 😆
