@viscid canopy consider the following nodes (and some gear changes) to get more hp/es:
Mindful Awareness (at the monk starting point) gives you more eva/es
Subterfuge Mask (with a pure ES helmet) gives you 2 evasion per 1es on your helmet
Spectral Ward (with either pure eva, or es/eva body armor) gives 1 ES per 12 eva on body armor
Patient Barrier (pretty high up north in the INT side of the tree, past CI) gives 60% increased max ES
on top of that, use eva/es gloves and boots
possibly a couple jewels that boost max ES
these 3 clusters can get you a good chunk of evasion and ES
like this is let's call it 400es and 800eva due to Subterfuge Mask before any % increases from the tree
just between helmet and armor you can easily get like 600 ES with 1300-1400 evasion
ES is a lot easier to stack than hp, and can be further boosted by running grim feast

this ED/C build is slower but tankier so might be okay. being able to move constantly is a really nice.

yeah, the biggest issue with my current build is the need to get hit so i can do damage
but that's also one of the fun parts
for example Zarokh just kills himself when he does that lightning attack, same for doryani

and all the further gear upgrades for me are going to be expensive af
i need a 3-socket shield, 3-socket helmet, both are like 15div+
upgrade body armor with something that has more armor and more hp
upgrade rings/amulet with HP ones

Blew a bunch of div getting +1 corrupted on all my gems/spirit gems.

Got all level 20 skill gems as well.
My blasphemy temp chains aura is really helping now. New boots, got ES back to 8k and regen to 7.5k/sec
All I really need is an amulet upgrade and gloves, both 50div each easily.
After that it's perfect corruption wands and focus with extra sockets.
Which are stupid expensive. Might try another build when I get that far.

I played when EA first started, their first patch unbalanced me so hard lol I decided to wait a while

there have been improvements since then
and this upcoming patch is going to make endgame very different from previous ones
clear goals for the early end-game progression, completely reworked atlas tree, updated league mechanics
the ability to have a companion version of some act/map bosses
it's a damn minion league xD
you can tame bosses and the new RF is a minion skill
