the specs are good just that part of it is cheap

especially when I watch vids about prebuilt computers and they say that when they open the computer tempature goes down by about 20 degrees

It's also just used to separate a big class into smaller chunks. At my school when our class was too big, like 100 students or so, they split us up. When I went there the class was just split as 'A, B, C and D'. But the year after us was split in to stuff like 'Lion, Bear, Zebra, Goat' or something like that. Granted we didn't live together or anything, but I'm sure this is a usual tactic, and especially common in England from what I've heard.
