It’s honestly not an easy thing to help someone with. You don’t know what they are thinking or what’s going on in their mind. You’ve always gotta tread lightly around them but don’t smother them with too much niceness. From past experiences I just made sure people knew I was always there for them and if they ever wanted to talk I’d drop anything I was doing to show them they mattered.
