CDPR worked on building hype more than developing the game with developing trailers, night city episodes, adding famous people into game etc.

the news they released obviously had bad english

they promised a lot of features but in the end they didn't add it into game but the thing is they didn't let people know they ignored most of the features

like for example they released the game as RPG but after it released, they changed the game's genre to action adventure :DDD

See i don't see that as the case. In the end I think it was the developers being rushed by their publishing staff to release a game before. Companies nowadays can't really have bad English especially not cdpr due to its high standing. If Keanu hadn't have been cast I doubt the character would have been as likeable. The night city wire actually told people about the gameplay and whilst serving to build hype did also inform people on gameplay. I won't deny the removal of features but at the same time there is a large amount of care that's obviously been put into cyberpunk and it is by no means a bad game

It was a little buggy at launch what game isn't

It still has interesting side quests
Likeable characters
A good primary gameplay loop
A gorgeous world.
