I think my mom read me the first book in 1999 when it was translated to Norwegian, and we would regularly go to the library and rent the audiobooks whenever we went on long roadtrips for summer after that. Yes and no. Some games with longevity I will compare against each other with hours, but there are 30 hour games that I love that will never have as many as an MMO regardless of whether I enjoy it more

I always loved japanese rpgs,rpg in general actually. Some platformer like spyro and crash ect and some fighting types

My favourite games are The Witcher 3, Horizon Zero Dawn, Nier Automata, Breath of the Wild, AC Odyssey and Valhall, etc

I know that making a game is hard, and that often it's not up to the developers when a game releases. The game had like what, 4 years of development, for what it had, the game was great. Sure, they did change the genre from rpg to action adventure, but game was a lot of fun
