dumbledore has been indirectly confirmed to not be in the game or at least at hogwarts as in an interview, someone at w.b was asked if we will meet harry potter and they replied with that the takes place over a century before harry was born. Harry was born in 1980, dumbledore was born in 1881. We sadly wont meet him at hogwarts, but maybe we could see him at Godric's Hollow. Also Ollivander has been alive for a really long time and his shop has been around since the 8th century so ollivander or one of his relatives will be giving us a wand most likely.
