sorry just stating facts, the march patch killed my game entirely after playing for 95 hours, after trying 100s of fixes and crap after 2 months i noticed some odd lines in my engine ini file {that the game put there} just for poop and giggles i removed them and lo and behold the game finished loading past 95% shaders then after and may 4th patch the rackams trial stopped me from going beyond again. i stored my 2 current playthrus and rolled back a patch and had an april 4th save that i played past rackams ,reloaded current version and been playing that since .but no i hold zero hope fro avalanch or wb fixing anything.

for anyone that might not know hogwarts legacy just got a new (big) update that, doesn't include new content (as far as I know) but tones of bug fixes, and fixes of stuttering issues and super low fps and now also for me and for everyone I know that play it the game just runs a lot faster and smoother (also with ray tracing)

now even with my rtx 3050 8 gb I can run it at some medium some high some ultra settings and its still smooth and looks super super good

3060 ti, i5 12400f, 32GB RAM. On launch the games used to run at 15fps with ray tracing on 2k resolution, now it does 30fps, double. which is amazing improvement so far. The RAM usage was 21GB seriously. Now it's much better around 16GB.

But obviously I turned off Ray-Tracing, and now the game runs on ultra 2k with high 70-FPS lows 50-FPS, average 60-FPS. I'm content.
