I'm getting 60 fps with a 3050ti on a combination of ultra and high settings. I've got 32 gb ram. I overclocked my GPU to increase my vram and haven't had any issues. You can also go into bios to increase vram. That seemed to be my fps issue though.

I play other games on high/ultra with 150+ fps.
Here on some areas (specifically cutscenes) fps just drops to 3 to 10 for some reason... Ive tested and compared low vs highest quality settings and it doesn't make a difference. I havent played a lot, just got to the sorting hat, and the scene right before you enter the grand hall had huge fps issues, that's were i constantly did alt+f4 and tested other settings, which didnt influence it. Overall gameplay before that has been fine though. But with a ton of cutscenes and a lot of issues during those for some reason..
