I think it is very transphobic to deny someones reality like that. It is one thing if they are doing it to mock the trans community but it is completely different if you are diagnosed by a gender / race specialist that you legitimately identify that way and are taking measures to do so. I don't know about Oil London's situation but if he feels the way he does, who am I to say he isn't what he feels he is? I think we should be more accepting of these individuals despite their identity because who are they harming? If it offends you there are ways to help that, education is key for trans acceptance and there are places you can reach out to better your ability to accept these people so you do not contribute to the transphobia

I really am happy with everything in the game so far. It seems very inclusive, the graphics are great, costuming and voice acting is fantastic. I do wish it was multi-player, but I am really happy with every moment I have played so far.
