I feel like unfortunately even though yes, like you said, if you get him rolling Harry can definitely sweep most top meta picks it’s just a really big IF because he relys very heavily on switching into dual screens and tailwind because you need to activate his “wizards aura” ability to boost his special attack and special defense and since that requires you to use his gimmicky signature move that’s just a belly drum clone he just more often than not has to put himself in a very risky position to pick up a single KO and since activating wizards aura with his signature move is necessary to make his stats decent your opponent easily can get a free switch in to pressure you to switch out once you already cut your health in half
