I have a question about the Digital Deluxe edition for PS5. So it shows all the dark arts/preorder bonus that you get for the games, which I bought. Yet now its only showing the base game downloaded and not the preorder items. Even when logging into the website and looking at me recent downloads, no preorder items show(but other preorder bonuses show for other games) any clue on how to get these to install?

This one was with Xbox Support. I called over the Digital Deluxe edition cancelations. When I tried to reorder it wouldn't let me on the console but would on the conputer site. So I called asking about it and explained what I noticed and merely asked of they could tell tech so they could look into it.

Me: provided it
Agent: So what's your problem?
Me: I can buy the game on the site but not on the Xbox store front.
Agent: Okay first of all let me explain this...
At this point I tuned him out thinking Oh crap it's gonna go that way and then regained listening halfway through as he rambled about something irrelevant.
Me: Sir that wasn't the problem I was addressing
Agent: let me reexplain since you don't want to listen to me
Me: Okay first of all stop right there Okay. I called about a problem not to be belittled. So go ahead and get me a supervisor this conversation with you is over.

I've actually gotten in trouble for way less because a customer complained. I actually got terminated because I "looked" at a woman when I was a stocker and the boyfriend threatened to beat my ***. Now looking...I barely glanced their direction but he flipped out. He actually pinned me against a shelf threatening me. Now I'm prior military and took a step forward and very loudly and sternly said "GET BACK!!" He looked shocked that I wasn't cowering and then called corporate and complained that I was rude to him for no reason and he felt threatened. They reviewed the footage and I was terminated for an "aggressive posture towards a paying customer". On the same footage it clearly shows him hitting me, but I got terminated. And the place?
