It depends on the TV honestly. Tested both with a few games and if its A 4K big TV then series X indeed makes a difference as its suited for such big resolutions but if its an older 1080p TV then the differences are almost unnoticable, unless you play them side by side and really pay attention to the smallest details

That's probably due to Steam's game launch/release policies and most likely it would release at 10am on the 10th so it makes sense for it to release at 10am on the 7th so you do get 72 hours early access even if it's not ideal time compared to consoles having it at midnight
