Well, usually it is no rule to do that, but the big languages are supported mostly. So English, French, Spanish and German are almost always covered

This is not a game. Cenega the Polish publisher of Hogwarts Legacy has announced pre-release editions of the game. You can get a discount for buying the game and a bag with Hogwarts Legacy artwork. There is no game inside. And they don't sell Hogwarts Legacy earlier in Poland.

It only depends on your pc hardware. If you can play on maximum settings you should play on PC. Of course the ps5 will have one more quest, but not worth for much better graphics and performance.
