I believe the game will have a introduction phase before you arrive at Hogwarts. During that introduction, you will have to face decisions. Once you arrive in Hogwarts, the hat will sort you according to your decisions. And alternatively you can probably switch it.
I think that would be a cool system. No need to make questions, you just play the game and your decision during the gameplay will decide your house.

It was delayed two times to be exact. 2021 was the first date we got then it delayed to 2022. Holiday 2022 still counts as 2022 so that does not count as delay. Now its delayed to 2023 so that's the second.
