During the marauder's era, Snape would have lost - he did lose after all. He was bullied, or whatever you want to call it (people like to romanticize a lot in that regard) and lost against the others. And overall of weak character. But later on, with him joining the dark side and growing his magical prowess, they would have lost obviously. But a fight Snape vs teenage marauders wouldn't be of major interest imo.
