Lyell and Caneron are both duelist fans so they have more aggressive play styles focused in damage. Lyell also uses plants as dangerous plants are his other passion, while Caneron is pure raw destruction

Those are relic house uniforms, you get them by collecting all the deadalian keys/house tokens and then putting them in your house chest, you only get the one which your house is, for example since your slytherin, you would get the 'Slytherin Relic House Uniform'

There is a little dot below the chest showing that it is below you, could indicate that it's in a tome or cave. Or inside the Slytherin vault.
The dots let you know if it's above or below your current position.

You must be missing one of the chests in the clock tower

If the chest symbol on the map has a little arrow above it then it’s higher than the location you’re at,

If it has an arrow below then it’s lower than where you’re at.

The mini map isn’t the best as different floors can be accessed in different ways and it’s not always clear.

Generally Revelio works better at locating things

The big chests aren't collection chests though, so they shouldn't appear on the mini-map at all; could still be a bug but do you have all other collection chests in the area? That way you could just compare it to your overall progress and be extra sure.
