@zenith abyss I think I found them. The windows in the main entry way with the shield off that iconic courtyard. In summer the leaves look green, in Autumn there's reds, golds and seem to be more down by the roots. I'll need to check in winter to be sure.

@feral locust How do you mean? Some clothing adds to offence and some to defence when you progress further you can give a smaller bonus to the other stat nad some clothing looks like combat gear

You sure you’ve not missed one? Best method would be make sure you have one meal and one female of each magical creature across all your vivariums (except for the Phoenix of course) and just put down several breeding ones in each and breed them all again.

A good trick is to wait 2.5 days.

Then do a manual save.

Look at his stock and if there’s nothing you’re interested in, back out and reload your manual save.

When you look at his stock again it will be different.

It really depends on yoru playstyle. Personally I tend to set up my hotbars with one of each colour so I can break any shield without needing to swap and if I do swap I know yellow is always to the right regardless of which spell it is. It also ties into cobos e.g. leviosa and descendo on one hotbar, glacius and confringo on another

Isadora used the ancient magic to take away peoples' pain, which eventually left them completely emotionless.

The extracted pain smoke made Isadora more powerful when she inhaled it.

There were repositories of ancient magic painsmoke goop stored in goblin silver in various places around the map, which the character gathers to become more powerful.

But the biggest repository was under Hogwarts.

I can understand why the wizards would not want Ranrok to have the power

I can understand why taking people's pain (and rendering them emotionless) is bad.

But why did the game suggest it would be bad for our main character to have the power from the large repository?

Why didn't Isadora consume/have/use the repository for herself?

Is the accumulated ancient magic goop the same as the pain smoke that Isadora inhaled?

Because it’s addictive. Isadora was drunk on it and it made her truly believe that taking away all pain, willing or not, was the right thing to do.

Plus how it was collected. It’s pain taken without consent. Pain she had no right to take. And potentially left some of those students with limited emotions if any.

She experimented on children You accepting that power implies that you don’t care about the suffering and destruction abused to create that power.

Isadora was going to. The Keepers stopped her before she could fully realise her intentions.

Isadora's father didn't appear to object. The keepers could have done a better job of explaining or showing the impact before telling Isadora she had to stop. If she had seen her father she may have understood.

Room of requirement is one of my favorite things about this game. Kind of reminds me of the sanctuary from Fable.

In fact, a lot of things about this game remind me of things from Fable, like even the loading wheels used for opening doors and such.

Gear slots are limited but on the gear screen you have the "Apperance" option where any item you've ever picked up has its apperance stored na you can change the look of the gear your wearing to anything you've ever picked up. Also for cloaks and robes some will have a hood up/down option.

Equip the best gear, sell the rest and change its look to what you like.

The Focus helps it fill the bars really quick, that combined with skills that give you focus for perfect Protego, dodging and basic cast in airborne enemies.

Damage traits means it causes much more damage, useful for tougher enemies. Most rank and file enemies doe from one hit from it anyway

Anyone else feel like the dark ancient magic that the wizards were not to mess with, was just an allegory for Trans rights? This school finds a little witch that is different, she is in school when she see's she's different than the others. She wants to express her magic, but if she does, the other wizards say it will be the end of the wizarding world as they know it, and they must stop her from spreading it to the rest of the wizarding world. Just seems like one big allegory to say Trans rights are bad. Which isn't overly surprising seeing how it comes from JKR, but was just shocked it was so blatant.

||I rather felt like Sebastian's story and Isidora's story match up pretty well, just with different levels of consequences.

Both wanted to help someone they were very close to. Both were told multiple times that the path they were embarking on was dangerous, uncharted, and should be studied precautiously, if at all. Both decided to continue on.

Both then started to get corrupted by said magic. Their focus got twisted and reinforced. Isidora stopped wanting to help just her father, and wanted to help everyone, regardless of their choices and the impact what she removed had on them. Sebastian started resenting all gobelins more and more, and be more callous with regards to his spell usage.

When they finally broke major limits (i.e. Sebastian controlling inferii, and Isidora removing student's feelings), they both lashed out, rejected the blame on others, and attacked as violently as they could.

To me, their stories read extremely similarly, just on a different scale.||

No, they can 100% use it. The poem is in the public domain. It's just an error. Plus why'd they even decide to use the Irish Gaelic word for chief? It would make more sense to choose a Scottish Gaelic word/name if they deiced to change the original on purpose, seeing as Hogwarts is in Scotland.
