honestly given that player actions do indeed affect quests, npc interactions etc i doubt that the 60hours is THE limit to see everything, but rather the limit to see stuff in 1 playtrough. so different choices result in different exps summing up to a number higher than 60h playtime, that being said hardcore gamers will most likely be quicker while casuals/noobs will take longer

You can change the skin colour of other non-white presets but that doesn’t change their features which obviously aren’t white.
