Personally in my experience I've never encountered this sort of early access drop. I just think its weird having the drop being based on local time for console players. for my region Im use to use getting the game drop at the exact same time as the rest of the world. Not having console players wait like 18 hours between my region and their own to play and then a futher 10 hours for pc or for my case around 20.

You will have early access if you have bought the Deluxe edition. Stream does not differentiate the two editions in your library this showing the regular launch date. Normally when you buy EA games there are no other versions available that have a different launch date so it’s not the same case here.
