IMO you improved the eybrows/upper eyelids. The concept of the changes for jaw were good but didn’t hit right. And the changes in the lower eyelid/mouth kill the theme that the CN creator was going for hence making it a different face all together

You can't use other character QRs on Zai, however you can just transfer the sliders of one character to another manually. For example if you imported a QR for Matari, you can take pictures of the sliders (eyes, mouth, skin color, etc.) for that preset, and manually set the same sliders on a Zai preset.

There's a change the qr code is broken, there's a bug on PC that gives that error and we don't know when devs gonna solve it

The only thing I can suggest, is to ask your friend to send manually the pics of the customization
