Weird? PlayStation or? Maybe they just haven't gotten it ironed out. I know when I started at launch for Xbox it wasn't even available for us and some PC codes don't always work even with no apparent issue with code or having all cosmetics. It’s very very very easy. Make your character skin tone black as night. Use metallic to help with the effect. Then go to blush 07 and that will be your bottom most eye, then go to tattoo 11 and that will be your middle eye, the normal eyes will be the top eye

when I first made Rengoku from demon slayer. His face was a little too weirdly shaped so I down, scaled his face, eyes, mouth, nose, and ears. I feel like since I down scaled it. it looks a lot better.
