The qr codes can be/should be able to be used on console or pc. At the moment, it's not working correctly. This has been discussed in more detail in the other server. For now there is someone who has found a work around to fix certain qr codes.

Nose is too low. Increase the height
And eyes well that’s a whole other dragon to beat

Her lower jaw needs to to be tilted. And then using both chin sides and lower jaw mess around to then work around what the tilting will do
